HBT is a progressive training organisation, with the flexibility to deliver precisely targeted training and consultancy throughout the UK and internationally.

At company level, we have recruited and trained target-smashing operators for 300-strong, UK based, call centre operations. At individual level, we have coached executives of all disciplines, from being average performers to big hitters in their organisations.
