So, after each course, we offer all delegates generous email and telephone support from their course leader, for 6 months, to help them implement what they’ve learnt. During this time we will also provide an interactive refresher free of charge (by email) to ensure delegates stay on track.

We are aware that some companies find it hard to free up time for training during normal working hours. So we will deliver our programmes when you need them – whether this is over a weekend, in the evening, or a series of half-day workshops – at a location convenient to you.

Organising training can be very time consuming
