With an ever increasing amount of time spent in meetings, this course aims to provide participants with the key skills and knowledge to lead and participate in meetings which are effective, efficient and enjoyable.

It covers the essential steps to establish good process and the skills necessary for participants to effect the direction and content as the meeting progresses. Roles and responsibilities, issues of power, common problems and solutions are included.
