We understand that companies often find it difficult to source non front line training programmes. They invariably end up going for a 'sheep dip' open programme where the training received is 60% relevant but the cost is 100% and usually paid in advance.

Our 'Your Choice' option requires you to elect 2 people from your organisation to attend the same programme.

By choosing 'Your Choice' we will:

• Run the training programme at a time and location of your choosing giving you total flexibility.
• Deal with all the joining instructions and administration to alleviate your workload.
• The course leader will tailor the course during the day to your company, people and market resulting in targeted longer lasting results.
• The delegates will have unlimited access by telephone and email to the course leader for 6 months to help implement what they have learned.
